The Freezing level will start out at ~8500′ Tuesday, then as the AR sags South, the freezing level will lower to around the 6500′ level by Wednesday morning as the driving area of Low pressure arrives to our area. Again, 2-4″ with possibly a little more along the West facing slopes due to Orographic lift there. The heaviest rain is expected overnight Tuesday night into early Wednesday morning. The Rain will begin in the morning by around 8-10am, then increase in intensity by late afternoon. We can expect from 2-4″ of rain from this one as it will be a little wetter then last Friday’s storm. Tomorrow, rain will move over the Region as another Atmospheric River enhanced storm system bring rain to the area. There will be increasing winds later today and mostly overnight and tomorrow. High temps will be in the upper 40s, to low 50s again today. Temperatures will be a little cooler then yesterday but still a very nice day today. High clouds in advance of the next storm will move in late this afternoon or tonight. It’s a beautiful day!!! After a beautiful day yesterday!! Song for the day by JT.
